- Attach evidence if you have it: screenshots, a link to the original of your video, an ID photo if age confirmation is requested.
- Submit and wait for the reply — it arrives in the app or to the linked email.
What to write to support if you cannot log in
If there is no appeal button, a written request to support is what remains. Write from the email linked to the account and include the essentials: your unique ID (@username), the linked phone number, the approximate date of the block and the exact message you see at login. Describe the situation briefly and without emotion — a person reads the request, and a clear one is processed faster. If you believe the block is a mistake, say exactly why: for example, the video is yours and you still have the source file.
How long to wait and what to do after a refusal
A reply usually arrives within a few days. While the review is running, do not send a dozen identical requests — it does not speed anything up.
