Playlist size is the first thing an artist checks before buying placement. Geo matters more here than volume.

A playlist with a follower base is an asset: it is what artists and labels pay for placement on, and its follower count is the first thing they check. The service works with both a playlist and an artist profile, so the choice is about your goal rather than about price.

If an order is only partly delivered, the difference goes back to your balance and you can spend it on another service.
Spotify's algorithmic playlists are regional. Release Radar and Discover Weekly are built per listener, and a follower base concentrated in one country pushes your releases toward listeners in that country. For an artist working a specific market, followers from markets with cheap traffic do almost nothing - they inflate one number on the profile and stop there.
The selection has positions both with and without geo targeting. If the market does not matter to you, there is no reason to pay the premium - for the profile itself the result is the same.
The same service covers both: you can send followers to an artist profile or to a playlist you own. The choice depends on what you are building. Followers on the artist profile matter for releases; followers on a playlist matter if you pitch the playlist itself as a placement slot to other artists and labels.
Followers are not streams and they are not monthly listeners. They do not generate royalties and they will not put you on an editorial playlist - those are curated by people who look at real listening data. What followers do is make the profile credible to the humans who open it: curators, labels, promoters and listeners.
Ordering followers while your tracks have almost no streams produces exactly the mismatch an experienced curator notices first. If you are promoting a release, streams and followers need to move together.
Pay by card or crypto right on this page; accounting is in US dollars. Any difference between the payment and the order stays on your balance and goes toward the next one.
