Where the feedback form is inside the app
Likee support lives inside the app — the platform has no separate website with a live chat. The path is:
- Open your profile and go to settings — the gear icon or the menu in the top right corner.
- Scroll to the help section: it is called «Help», «Support» or «Feedback» depending on your version.
- Inside you are usually shown a FAQ first — below it there is a button to contact support.
- Describe the problem, attach screenshots and send. Your account details and app version are attached automatically.
The advantage of this route is that the request is already tied to your profile: you do not have to prove the account is yours. So if the app opens at all, write from here rather than by email.
How to write a request that gets solved on the first try
Support processes requests by a template, and the less filler in your message, the faster it moves. The minimum set of details:
- Your Likee ID. Not the nickname but the ID — nicknames change, and searching by them takes longer.
- What happened and when. The date and time matter: logs are pulled by them.
- What you already tried. Reinstalling, signing in from another device, switching networks — this cuts out half the standard advice from the reply.
- Screenshots. The error screen or the text of the restriction notice.
One request, one problem. A message about three separate issues gets one of them answered and the rest lost.
And the key rule: support never asks for your password. If a password is requested anywhere else — a website, a chat, an «official bot» — that is an attempt to steal the account, not help.
How long a reply takes and what to do if it is silent
The usual reply time is one to three days. Right after sending you get an automatic confirmation: that is the ticket being registered, not a resolution. For complex topics — hacking, disputed bans, money — the review can take up to a week.
If more than a week has passed, send a follow-up and state that this is your second message, repeating the ID and date. Daily duplicates are more likely to hurt: requests about one issue get merged into a single thread and pushed to the back of the queue. In parallel you can email support — sometimes that is a separate channel moving at a different speed.
What support can solve and what it cannot
It can: restore access, review restrictions and appeals, handle technical failures, sort out purchases and balance issues, process reports about other users, and delete accounts and data.
It cannot: bring back an audience after reach drops, cancel someone else's popularity, restore videos you deleted yourself, or answer complaints like «why are my clips not in recommendations». The algorithm is not a support matter: if reach fell, the place to look is your content. How distribution works is covered in how to get into Likee recommendations.
Alternative ways to reach them
When the app will not open or the account is fully blocked, the in-app form is out of reach. Three options remain:
- Support email. Always include your ID or nickname plus the phone number or email the account was registered with — otherwise the ticket cannot be linked to your profile.
- Official Likee pages on social networks. Slower to answer, but requests are accepted.
- A review in the app store. A non-obvious but working channel: developers do read them.
Be careful searching for «support» on the open web: such queries lead to copycat sites asking for a login and password «to verify the account». Official support does not request access to your account.
The most common reasons people write in
Most messages to support come down to four storylines, and for three of them we have detailed guides that often settle the question without any correspondence. Account restrictions and appeals — how to unblock a Likee account; lost access — how to recover an account; the reasons behind restrictions — what gets you banned on Likee; questions about in-app currency — beans and diamonds.
The fourth storyline is falling reach, and it is the only one support does not handle. Only content work helps there: consistency, topics, engagement in the first hours. You can speed up a clip's start with Likee views and likes — by a link to the video, with no account password.
